Sports Performance and Private Training

 

We provide a comprehensive Strength and Conditioning program for athletes of all ages as well as for adults.  Exercise prescription is based on information gathered during our assessment protocol and the training principles of Specificity and Progressive Overload.  Our number one goal is to progress individuals on the most efficient path to reach optimal performance.   This includes addressing body composition, mobility, relative strength, absolute strength, metabolic conditioning levels, and power depending on where an athlete or individual falls on the training continuum.  Nothing works unless you do!  We just provide the scientific evidence based system for individuals to reach your maximal potential!
