I have spent the last nine years as a Strength Coach at LA Fitness, Unlimited Changes, and Warriorfit Performance before opening Frank Donley Training. I take pride in motivating clientele and athletes into reaching their specific goals. I have worked with variety of athletes from 6 years old to the professional level in order to reach optimal performance. I work to improve Mobility, Relative Strength, Absolute Strength, Power, and Metabolic Conditioning Levels through a progressive system. My drive in this industry is to mold individual’s minds and bodies enabling them to achieve goals which once might have seen unobtainable. The first step is believing in yourself, not setting limitations, and working to get better every single day.

Coach Cory Woolf

Cory, a graduate of Freedom High School, developed a passion for fitness early on through strength, power, speed, and agility training at Warriorfit Performance as a teenager. This led him to pursue a B.S. in Exercise Science at Shippensburg University, focusing on Power, Agility, and Group Exercise.

During his final semester, Cory interned at Frank Donley Training and Brickhouse Strength, where he gained hands-on experience creating training programs for young athletes and adults. He focused on building confidence and teaching the fundamentals of strength and fitness, tailored to each individual’s goals. Now a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Cory’s mission is to make a real impact, whether it’s helping someone learn proper form, guiding experienced lifters to new personal bests, or inspiring someone to start their health journey.

Cory spent two years as a Fitness Director at Country Meadows, where he developed fitness programs for the elderly, improving their health and wellness. The relationships he built with residents reinforced his passion for helping people transform their lives through fitness. Cory’s approach is rooted in long-term health and sustainable strategies. He’s committed to teaching people how to lift with purpose, move confidently, and stay active for life—building strength both physically and mentally.
